Land Tax Appeals

CGT Purposes
We provide valuations for Capital Gains Tax (CGT) purposes satisfying the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements. Typically, CGT valuations are required for the sale of an investment property. While the family home is exempt from CGT, the ATO may deem a CGT debt if;
temporary vacancy (e.g., the owner vacates then later returns)

Stamp Duty Purposes
We provide professional valuations for Stamp Duty assessment purposes. Typically, Stamp Duty valuations are required when transferring property between related parties.
Compulsory Acquisition
We have extensive experience providing valuation advice for either a full or partial compulsory acquisition. We have previously acted as the determining valuer for the NSW Valuer General in addition to assisting both dispossessed owners and Federal, State, & Local Government clients.
In most circumstances our fees are covered under the Act.
Estate & Probate Matters

Strata Title Matters
Variations to the original Strata Plan give rise to a valuation where the Unit Entitlement is affected. Examples include;
